Avocado Edamame Wrap Vegan Recipe
My favorite section was the Alternative Bitestyle featuring Healthier KIDSFare. |
I loved this recipe for Avocado Edamame Vegan Wrap.
All the Gluten-Free samples were delicious. I was unable to discern by flavor, gluten-free products from non gluten-free products. I was not expecting the gluten-free samples to have any flavor. I was pleasantly surprised by what I experienced in terms of taste.
I think that restaurants offering gluten-free products to their gluten allergy customers will continue to grow. One Chicago restaurant, Home Run Inn Pizza offers Gluten-Free Pizza Crust. However, Chicago Home Run Inn has a disclaimer that their kitchen facility is not a Gluten-Free Kitchen. In order for a restaurant to offer completely gluten-free meals it must have a separate kitchen where gluten free products are prepared for customers. Essentially restaurants would be required to have two separate kitchen or not serve any gluten food at all in order to be certified gluten-free. It is interesting to note that Chicago Home Run Inn Pizza is attempting to appeal to the children and adults with gluten allergies.
